A technology and engineering executive with fifteen years of experience spanning fintech CIO, industrial IT leadership, consulting delivery, and large-scale transformation programmes. He currently serves as CIO of Paysera, Lithuania's largest e-money institution, where he scaled engineering from 90 to 300+ specialists and led the company's shift to AI-native, agentic software development. His hands-on expertise covers enterprise architecture, payments infrastructure, regulatory compliance (PCI DSS, DORA, ISO 27001), and M&A integration including the acquisition of Contis to bring card issuing in-house. He has a strong track record of bridging board-level communication with deep technical execution across regulated, high-volume environments.
