What TOPHEADS is

TOPHEADS is a private market where senior leaders earning $150K+ can be visible to companies who are actively hiring at that level — across every industry, in every region.

Every candidate is reviewed by Mike Torchinsky personally before activation. Every company is vetted before it sees anyone. Profiles are anonymous by default — no name, no photo, no employer names visible until the candidate approves an introduction.

Most members are not publicly on the market. Some are actively exploring, some are passively open, some are considering only a narrow set of moves. TOPHEADS makes that distinction visible instead of hiding it.

How it works — candidates

Four steps. All controlled by you.

Upload your CV.
Upload your CV (PDF) and optionally your LinkedIn URL. TOPHEADS AI parses it and generates a structured anonymous profile card — your experience, trajectory, compensation band, geography, and key achievements. No manual forms.

Review and edit.
Review the AI-generated card. Edit any field — adjust your summary, hide specific employers, refine your target roles and compensation range. You control every word before anything goes live.

Mike reviews.
Mike Torchinsky reads every profile personally. Two to three business days. One of three outcomes: approved as-is, sent back with specific edits, or placed on hold with a clear explanation.

Activate and go live.
Once approved, activate your subscription. Your anonymous card enters the private market. Vetted companies can request introductions. You approve or decline every single one — no introduction happens without your explicit consent.

During Early Access (until Fall 2026), full platform access is free for hiring companies. No setup fees, no placement commissions.

Browse anonymous cards.
Search and filter vetted candidates by role, compensation band, geography, industry, and skills. Each card shows experience, trajectory, and an honest activity signal.

Request introductions.
Send a short, specific introduction request to a candidate. The candidate sees your request and decides — yes or no.

Meet.
When the candidate approves, you are introduced directly. No mass outreach. No scraped lists. No guessing.

What you actually pay

The setup fee is charged once when Mike approves your card and you activate. Monthly billing starts the day you go live. Pause your membership and billing pauses. Cancel and billing stops immediately — your card is removed from the private market.

Accepted: all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency (activation fees only).
