TopHeads.pro is the private executive recruitment platform built for senior professionals earning $150,000 and above. Whether you are a C-suite executive, VP, or director exploring confidential career opportunities — or a company searching for verified leadership talent — this guide explains every feature of the platform.

The platform combines AI-powered candidate profiling with human curation: your CV is parsed by AI in 30 seconds, but the quality check and endorsement come from a real person with decades of industry knowledge.

Upload a PDF of your CV (max 5MB). Optionally provide your LinkedIn profile URL for enriched parsing. AI creates your anonymous executive profile in approximately 30 seconds.

Review & Edit Your Card
Preview your AI-generated profile card. Edit any field — role, industries, regions, achievements, compensation. Toggle company name visibility on or off for each employer. Add or remove experience entries.

Submit for Expert Review
When your card looks right, submit it for review. Mike Torchinsky personally reviews every profile within 24 hours. Select-tier candidates receive a written endorsement and a 20-minute verification call.

Activate & Pay
Once approved, pay your activation fee and first month's subscription via Stripe or cryptocurrency. Your profile is published immediately after payment.

Get Discovered
Your anonymous profile becomes visible to verified companies on the platform. It is also promoted across Torchinsky's LinkedIn network of 65,000+ executive professionals.

Control Every Introduction
Companies send introduction requests describing the role. You see the request details and decide: accept (your contact information is shared) or decline (nothing is disclosed). You remain in full control.

After publishing

Your dashboard provides an overview of profile views, saves by companies, and incoming requests. You can edit your profile at any time — changes go through a quick re-review. You can also re-upload your CV to refresh your card with updated experience.

Create your company profile with industry, size, and location. During the launch period, all features are free — no credit card required. Your account is verified by the TopHeads team.

Use the AI-powered search bar or manual filters to find candidates by function, industry, region, compensation range, and availability. Natural language queries work too — type 'CTO FinTech Dubai $300K+' and the AI sets filters automatically.

Review Profiles
Click any candidate card to see the full profile: experience timeline, achievements with metrics, skills, management style, motivation, and compensation expectations. Select-tier profiles include a personal endorsement by Torchinsky.

Save & Build Shortlists
Star candidates to save them. Add custom aliases and private notes. Build and organize shortlists for different roles. Compare candidates side by side.

Request Introduction
Send a personalized request describing the role, your company, and what you're looking for. Optionally run a confidential search where your company identity is hidden from the candidate until they accept.

Connect Directly
If the candidate accepts your request, contact details are shared. You communicate directly — no middleman, no recruiter markup, no placement commission.

Confidential search mode

When sending a request, toggle "Confidential" to hide your company name from the candidate. They will see your industry, company size, and region — but not who you are. Your identity is revealed only after they accept.

The Candidate Card

The candidate card is the core unit of the platform. It is your professional identity — anonymous, structured, and designed to showcase executive-level caliber.

What is visible on your card

  • Leadership role and seniority level (e.g., CFO, CTO, VP of Sales)
  • Industries and functional competencies (e.g., FinTech, Crypto, Investment Banking)
  • Region and relocation preferences
  • Experience timeline — company names hidden or shown, your choice per employer
  • Achievements with quantified metrics (team size managed, revenue, deals closed)

  • Compensation range and expectations

What is NEVER visible

  • Your full name
  • Your photograph
  • Your email address or phone number
  • Employer names — unless you explicitly choose to reveal them

Editing your card

Every field on your card is editable from the Card Edit tab in your dashboard. AI-generated content serves as a starting point — you refine it to your standards. You can also use the AI Rewrite feature to improve individual sections.

Requests & Introductions

How introduction requests work

Introduction requests are the mechanism for companies and candidates to connect. The process is designed to give candidates full control while allowing companies to make compelling, professional outreach.

For companies

  • Click "Request Introduction" on any published profile
  • Write a personalized message describing the role, your company, and why this candidate fits
  • Optionally enable "Confidential Search" to hide your company identity
  • The candidate receives an email notification and sees your request in their dashboard
  • If accepted: contact details (name, email, phone) are shared with you
  • If declined: nothing is shared, you receive a polite notification

For candidates

  • Incoming requests appear in your Requests tab with full details
  • You see: company name (or "Confidential" if hidden), industry, size, region, and the hiring manager's message
  • Accept → your contact details are shared and you can communicate directly
  • Decline → nothing is disclosed, the company is notified politely
  • You can message the company through the platform after accepting

You control disclosure at every step. No information is shared without your explicit approval.

TopHeads provides executive compensation data tools for benchmarking and market research. Available to all registered users inside the dashboard.

Comp Explorer

Browse executive compensation ranges by role, industry, region, and seniority. See market data for 66 executive roles across 48 global cities — from CEO and CTO to Director of DevOps and Head of AI/ML. Filter by industry (FinTech, Crypto, SaaS, Banking, and more) to see how compensation varies by sector and geography.

Comp Calculator

Enter your role, industry, region, and years of experience. The calculator generates a personalized compensation estimate showing your position within the market range: below market, at market, or above market. Includes base salary, bonus range, and total compensation.

Data methodology

Compensation data is compiled from 25 years of executive placement data, public filings, industry surveys, and anonymized platform data. Ranges are updated regularly and should be used as directional benchmarks, not exact offers.

Peer Network

The Peer Network tab in your candidate dashboard shows anonymized profiles of other executives on the platform who share your industry, function, or region. This gives you a sense of the talent ecosystem around you.

What you can see

  • Anonymous peer profiles — role, industry, region, compensation tier
  • Market density — how many executives in your function and geography are active
  • Tier distribution — proportion of TopHeads vs Select ✦ candidates in your space

No names, emails, or identifying information are shared. The Peer Network is for market awareness, not for direct communication between candidates.

Talent Map

The interactive Talent Map shows where executive talent is concentrated globally. An interactive world map with candidate clusters across Dubai, London, Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, and 25+ other cities.

How to use the map

  • Zoom and pan to explore different regions
  • Click any city marker to see candidate count and profile breakdown
  • Click "View all in Search" to pre-filter search results by that region
  • Toggle between candidate density and industry heatmap views

Search Firms tab

The Talent Map also includes a Search Firms tab — a curated database of executive search agencies worldwide. See firm locations on the map, and browse detailed profiles including individual consultant names, specializations, and LinkedIn profiles.

TopHeads maintains a curated database of executive search firms across multiple regions. This is a resource primarily for candidates who want to build relationships with recruiters in their target markets.

  • After your profile is published, Mike creates an anonymous LinkedIn post highlighting your role, industries, and key achievements

Refund policy

Activation fees are refundable in full if your profile is rejected during review. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime — your profile remains active until the end of your paid period.

Privacy & Anonymity

TopHeads is built on the principle of confidentiality. Privacy is not an add-on — it is the foundation of the platform.

What companies CANNOT see

Your full name, photograph, email, phone number, or employer names (unless you explicitly choose to reveal them).

When your identity is revealed

Your contact information (name, email, phone) is shared with a company ONLY when you explicitly accept their introduction request. There is no other mechanism for identity disclosure. You can decline any request without consequences.

Data protection

  • All data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security policies
  • GDPR compliance for EU candidates and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 compliance
  • You can request full data export or deletion at any time
  • CV files are stored in encrypted cloud storage accessible only to you and the admin
  • No data is shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes

You own your data. You control your disclosure. You decide who sees what.

Account & Billing

Managing your subscription

Your subscription status, plan details, and billing history are available in the Payments tab of your dashboard. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Stripe.

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your Payments tab — no cancellation fees
  • Your profile remains published until the end of your current billing period
  • After expiration, your profile becomes inactive (hidden from companies)
  • Your data and profile are preserved — reactivate anytime by resubscribing
  • Reactivation requires only a monthly subscription payment, no repeat activation fee

Updating your profile

Edit your profile anytime from the Card Edit tab. Changes go through a brief re-review by Torchinsky before going live. You can also re-upload your CV from the Re-upload tab to refresh your card with new experience.

Deactivating your account

To temporarily hide your profile, contact support. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email mike@topheads.pro.
