Refund Policy

1. Activation Fee

The one-time Activation Fee ($149 for TopHeads, $249 for Select) is non-refundable once your Profile has been reviewed and approved by Mike Torchinsky, except in the following circumstances:

  • Rejection during initial verification. If your Profile application is not approved during the initial verification process before activation, the Activation Fee will be refunded in full within seven (7) business days.
  • Decision following Verification Meeting (Select tier). If, following your Verification Meeting, the Company decides in Good Faith not to retain you on the Platform under Section 15.2 of the Terms of Service, the Activation Fee will be refunded in full within seven (7) business days, or as soon as commercially practicable thereafter.
  • No refund following Material Misrepresentation. If your Profile is removed at any time on the basis of Material Misrepresentation as defined in the Terms of Service (Section 2 and Section 15.1), no refund of the Activation Fee is owed.

2. Monthly Subscription — Candidates

Monthly Subscription Fees ($39/month for TopHeads, $59/month for Select) are non-refundable for the current billing period in the case of voluntary cancellation. When you voluntarily cancel your Subscription:

  • Your Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Your Profile is deactivated (hidden from companies) after the period ends
  • Your Profile data is preserved in your account for future reactivation

Subscription Fee treatment in the case of Profile removal by the Company:

  • Removal under Section 15.2 of the Terms (decision following Verification Meeting): The portion of the current month's Subscription Fee corresponding to days after the date of removal will be refunded on a prorated basis within seven (7) business days, or as soon as commercially practicable thereafter.
  • Removal under Section 15.1 (Material Misrepresentation) or Section 15.3 (breach of Terms): No refund of Subscription Fees, including the current billing period, is owed.

3. Company Subscriptions

Company subscriptions are not yet active. During the launch period, company access is free. When subscription plans are introduced (Fall 2026), refund terms will follow the same logic as candidate subscriptions: cancel anytime, access continues through the end of the billing period.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, there is no automatic refund mechanism for crypto payments. If you believe a payment was made in error or wish to dispute a charge, contact support@topheads.pro within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review each case individually and issue manual refunds where appropriate.

5. Reactivation

If you reactivate your account after cancellation, you do not need to pay the activation fee again. Only the monthly subscription fee is required to resume your profile visibility.

6. Grace Period (Crypto Payments)

For cryptocurrency payment users, a 3-day grace period applies after subscription expiration. During this period:

  • Your profile remains visible to companies
  • A payment reminder is sent 5 days before expiration
  • After the 3-day grace period, your profile is deactivated

7. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through two methods:

  • In-app: navigate to your account dashboard, then Payments, then Cancel Subscription
  • Email: send a cancellation request to support@topheads.pro from your registered email

Cancellation is processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email.

8. Disputes and Contact

For payment disputes or refund inquiries, contact support@topheads.pro. We respond to all payment-related inquiries within 48 hours. Please include your registered email address and relevant transaction details in your message.

9. Profile Removal by the Company

The Company maintains specific rights to remove Candidate Profiles in defined circumstances, as set out in full in Section 15 of the Terms of Service. The refund treatment summary for each scenario is set out below for clarity:

  • Material Misrepresentation (Terms Section 15.1): No refund of any kind is owed. The Candidate is in breach of the obligations under Section 6 of the Terms.
  • Decision following Verification Meeting (Terms Section 15.2): Activation Fee refunded in full, plus prorated refund of any unused portion of the current month's Subscription Fee. Processed within seven (7) business days, or as soon as commercially practicable thereafter.
  • Breach of Terms (Terms Section 15.3): No refund is owed.

All refunds under this Section are processed via the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, please see Section 4 of this Refund Policy regarding the manual review process. The Company exercises its rights under Section 15 in Good Faith, as defined in the Terms of Service.
