The room you are not in
Senior hiring does not run on applications. It runs on a few private conversations, and the people in them already have a view of you. A public search does not correct that. It announces you to the employer you have, the board you answer to, and the firm you might join next, and it still does not tell you what you are worth.
What it costs
One wrong number is not a missed posting. It is a year of a career, taken at the wrong price, or not taken at all. The leaders this is for are not short of work. They are short of a true read, at the moment the read matters.
How it actually moves

TOPHEADS was founded by Mike Torchinsky, an executive search consultant with 25 years and over 1,000 senior placements across every industry and geography. Most of those placements never touched a job board: they happened in private conversations, between firms that knew him and leaders who trusted him, because that is how senior hiring works. TOPHEADS is that read - what you're worth, how you come across, which doors are open - built into one private system the leader controls. The card is anonymous until its owner decides otherwise, every introduction is approved by the member, and every firm on the other side is verified before it gets access.
