TOPHEADS is executive career intelligence for senior leaders earning $150K+: what the market would pay you, how you read to the companies that matter, and one private system to run every conversation, offer and decision from. One part of it is an anonymous card that vetted companies hiring at your level can see - across every industry, in every region - and that nobody reaches without your yes.
Every candidate is reviewed by a person, not a filter. Building your card opens a 14-day trial of the tools, with nobody to wait for; review is what lets the card be published, and it stays private until you choose to. Every company is vetted before it sees anyone. Profiles are anonymous by default - no name, no photo, no employer names visible until the candidate approves an introduction.

Your anonymous card
Visible to vetted companies: current level and role type, key achievements and metrics, skills and expertise, industry and region, compensation range, languages, activity signal. Hidden: your name, your photo, employer names, LinkedIn profile, contact details, exact compensation. Your identity is revealed only when you approve an introduction. Not before.
Privacy and security
TOPHEADS is hosted on Supabase with row-level security. Your identity is never exposed to firms until you approve an introduction. All data processing complies with GDPR and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45.
