- Get verified. Tell us who you are and share your company. We verify it by hand - usually within a day.

- Send an introduction request. A short, specific note to the member. They see it before you have any of their details.
- They accept - you talk directly. On a yes, their identity and contact are shared and you are in a direct conversation. No middle layer.

Confidential on both sides
Members are anonymous until they say yes: no name, no photo, no current employer, no contact details. Nothing reaches them without their approval, and a decline leaves no trace on either side. When you are replacing someone who still sits in the chair, switch the request to Confidential Search: the member sees the role, the level and the brief, but not your company name.
