Founder vs. Executive Self-Assessment for Senior Leaders

This assessment helps senior leaders distinguish their actual psychological and practical profile from the version they tell themselves at dinner parties. The framework draws on three sources. First, Zhao and Seibert's 2006 meta-analysis in the Journal of Applied Psychology comparing Big Five personality traits across entrepreneurs and managers.
